Gets a nice clear, crisp, clean tone with plenty of volume. |

Setup
|
The post was up, the bridge was set, and the strings were new and in tune! What more can a man want? |

Appearance
|
Nice finish on it. I got a discount because it had a small, VERY small chip on the finish from where it had been bumped on the counter by the store owner. |

Reliability
|
Good quality fine tuners and tailpiece. The fiddle doesn't look like it will fall apart any time soon! |

Components
|
All parts were great. The fine tuners were metal, the tuners had good friction on them with a little rosin dust to help, the bow hair was great. |

Overall Comments

I would HIGHLY recommend this fiddle for anyone just starting out to professional. I think it's a wonderful instrument. If it were stolen, I would look around for something maybe a bit more expensive, and more reputable company. I had never heard of Stentor before. |
