I didnt know they held one! I lived near West Plains for a long time. My wife and I play the Ozark Heritage Fest held in West Plains. Is it held at the civic center or out at Hoba Park ? Thanks for this post. It gives me a heads up. Don |

I've never been, but am hoping to get down there. It's about 2 hours from our house and will be a nice day trip even if the festival doesn't pan out.

The HOBA park is a great music park. Nice ampitheater setting, shade for the spectators, nice homey stage with a seperate platform for dancers. And the folks who administer it are pretty friendly. Primarily a bluegrass bunch, although they always appreciated good old time music too. Camping is available too, or at least used to be. I've had some good times there.
