This is what happens when I get a really cool set of strings in the mail and have nothing better to do at midnight than fuss with Garage Band (which I don't know very well).

The Octave strings went on a cheap old fiddle that loved low tension strings, but there were issues... these strings are NOT for someone who likes steel strings ... the G & D are a beasts that fight my best efforts to tame them ...

oh my, that second section (variation) drags....  i tried to find a speed that worked well for both the melody and variations, but the variations really need to go faster... next time  :-)
