Iam not sure its worth it or not. Its very old but in great shape the name on it is nippon   and it has some roman numbers on it. It cost $50 bucks to have it rehaird think its worth it or should i just spend $50 bucks on a cheepy Bow?

I own two Nippon bows, for various reasons, didn't buy them.  They are both pretty poor.  I don't use them.   I do still use my K Holtz FG bow, model 10.  It's balanced reasonably well, a medium weight, around 61 grams I think.  They cost the same or less than you're looking at for the Nippon bow, and would come with brand new hair, all in all about half price to what you're looking at, with the cost of the rehair.    Here's a link to what I'm talking about.

I've never bought anything from Audubon strings, it was just the first place I found this bow, so to be clear, not promoting this seller, just the bow.

I think she charges $50 to rehair. And it does have a flower on it in between the words " Trade * Mark" seems loke a nice bow.

"Nice bow" totally depends on the playability. If it has enough hair to play at all, you might be able to tell if it has a feel you like or not- but you're probably too new to have that sense.

I think the advice to get a K. Holtz is good.
I have two.
Bought one myself, the other came with a fiddle.
Both have a fairly sweet sound regardless of the fiddle I play with them (bows bring out different qualities in different fiddles, not always good ones- like if a bow brings out more treble in a fiddle that already has too much, it's NOT a good thing!) and are pretty well balanced and forgiving. Both have a similar feel so I think they're probably pretty consistent, which isn't always the case with bows of the same model.

When I got my first K. Holtz, it was way better than the cheap wood bow I had and better than many I had tried.
They're not my favorite bow now, but if I pick one up and use it by accident, it doesn't wreck my playing, they are quite useable.

I will add this, I played on my K Holtz bow, for about 4-5 months, and then had it rehaired.  It played and sounded much better after the rehair.  So my conclusion was that the hair on the cheap bows, is of a lower quality than what most places will use to rehair a bow with.  Thus I would say, assuming you like the bow you ordered, plan on rehairing it sometime in the first 6 months, and you may really like it then.
