Actually, no blisters. I haven't worn regular shoes for over a year. In regular shoes my toes hurt, my knees hurt, and I got really tired standing. I made great efforts over the years finding good fitting shoes. Since I went to huaraches, ALL of the foot problems went aways. Try going barefooted some weekend. Of course I had to build up to wearing and running in these. Lee
