Legendary fiddler Joe Thompson taught me this old version of Little Brown Jug. I'm playing the strangest sounded fiddle I own. Got it for $50 and keep it in a file drawer at work. The tune kinda needs a banjer behind it.

My Aunt told me this is how my grandfather learned to play this tune back in the 1890's in Copiah County Mississippi.
