A jam of different kind I experienced yesterday night.
An old friend of mine , Don Reinholm, came for a visit. I knew Don from some years ago and knew he was a great and accomplished musician. Actually we just met last Saturday on a birthday party after not seeing each other for about 3 years. It clicked right away and we played wonderful music together, Bluegrass (yes, with accordion), music from Finland, Gypsy, Russian, Greek, just anything we could think of.
So he called me up and came by yesterday night. Actually he just wanted to practice the Czardas from Monti. So we did that and will very soon record this.
I cut a few songs during this jam, not really practiced and with full of mistakes. Still, I think it's fun to listen and you can get an idea what can be done, just a fiddle and a squeeze box.
