You can read the forum to find out what happened when I listed these files there. Basically, a couple of people highjacked the topic to rant about what a terrible person I was for offering to share these files. I got sick of the whole thing and took the files down from my site.
The truth is, I don't have the time right now to get into a debate about intellectual property rights.
However, I did not feel right about removing the files from my website. In the last couple of days since that forum topic was closed, I have received a lot of private emails from people who supported me and were sorry to see that I deleted the files from my website.
Drdosido made a very articulate defense of my actions, which you can read down toward the end of the discussion.
Due to all the encouragement I have received, and the defense of drdosido, whose sentiments mirror mine exactly, I have decided to return the files to the website. You can find them listed in the tablature page at mountainsentinel.com.
Many thanks to all of you who wrote to me with positive responses.
