Instructions for downloading purchased workshop recordings:

Workshops purchased from the past workshop recordings list are packaged as zip files, which you must download to your computer and unzip before viewing the workshop. These files are between 100-200 MB in size, so it will take a few minutes to download the file, even on a high-speed Internet connection.

Once you have unzipped the workshop package, open up the main folder, and you will find one or more folders inside. The folder called “Workshop” contains the workshop recording. There may also be a folder called “Handouts” which contains printable versions of handouts from the workshop and other related files (MP3s, etc).

To view the workshop, open up the “Workshop” folder and open the index.htm file it contains. This will open up the recording in your default web browser. If you get any security warnings (sometimes displayed since the recording requires Flash in order to be viewed) click to skip any security blocks. You should see the workshop on the screen, with a video in the top-left which you can click to play.
