I just happened to be in a music store on Long Island yesterday, and saw a book entitled Monroe Instrumentals, or Monroe Classics (I'm not sure which one), and i noticed Cheyenne in it.  I didn't purchase it, but you might search those titles -  (I don't know the publisher).
